Summer U-Shaped Home Kit

U-Shaped Barndomium Kit in Red Iron
The Summer U-Shaped Barndominium Red Iron Kit delivers a modern courtyard design built on a durable, engineered steel frame. This 2,355 square foot kit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated study, and an attached 2-car garage, all wrapped around a private courtyard pool and covered outdoor living space.
Red Iron construction gives the Summer wide clear spans and long-term structural strength, making it well suited for the clean shed rooflines and large windows that define this modern layout. With a split-bedroom design and an open kitchen, dining, and living area facing the courtyard, this kit is built for homeowners who want a durable frame without sacrificing style or everyday livability.
