Lake House Barndominium

The Lake House Barndominium Red Iron Kit pairs a spacious layout with the commercial-grade strength of heavy structural steel. Engineered with a clear-span red iron frame, this kit eliminates the need for load-bearing interior walls, allowing the massive main-level open kitchen, dining, and living areas to remain entirely unobstructed.
This premium structural package is designed to easily support the home’s expansive footprint, including the second-floor framing for the four upper bedrooms, bunk room, and bonus family room, as well as the structural cantilevers required for the deep second-story balcony.
